Metal facade surface cleaning and maintenance workshop will be held in Hongkong on 19th may 2010.We invite the leading specialist on quality control and auditing of façade cleaning in Germany and Europe, introduce the latest state of the art in metal façade maintenance, theoretical training on the basics of metal façade cleaning and common problems.

    日益增多的空中悬浮物使暴露在建筑物上的金属门窗受到严重影响。金属表面变白这一氧化过程也正是其老化，变质和腐蚀的过程。
    为了保证金属外墙的使用寿命，对此需要进行特殊的清洗和维护。使用错误的清洗剂将会引起永久的损伤，并缩短外墙的使用寿命。因此，要使金属表面能保持初始的状态，最关键是使用能保护材料和环境的清洗剂和正确的清洗方法。

   The aluminium extrusions and curtain walls are effected by increasing amounts of airborne pollutants.  This deterioration, degradation and corrosion is evidenced by bleaching, actually oxidation, of the metal surface.
To ensure the long term value of a metal façade a specialised cleaning and conserving is required. Wrong cleaning products can cause permanent damages and reduces the lifetime of the façade. Therefore it is important, to use only such cleaning and conserving products and procedures, which prevent material and environment, to bring the surface back to the original condition.
