炉衬材料的材质选择

需综合考虑应满足较高炉温条件陶瓷纤维材料的使用条件炉子的操作气氛炉内炉气正负压等各方面的因素。同种陶瓷纤维材料由于使用条件(炉子热源种类炉内气体成份及流速炉子运行制度)不同其使用温度亦不相同。

 

.烧成段工况条件如下:
a.长期工作温度950℃较高工作温度1000℃~1050℃
