⊙产品说明:

  新型耐火炉衬制品。公司该产品颜色洁白、尺寸规整,能直接固定于工业窑炉炉壳钢板锚固钉上,具有良好的耐火隔热效果,提高了窑炉耐火隔热的整体性,推动了窑炉砌筑技术的进步分类温度1050-1400℃。

 

⊙产品特性:

由于重量轻,作为隔热材料时的吸热很少;

低导热性能带来高的节能效果;

具有抵抗任何热冲击的能力;   

陶瓷纤维毯在解除捆扎后会在不同方向上相互挤紧,不产生缝隙;

有弹性的纤维毯可以抵抗机械外力;

纤维毯的弹性可弥补炉壳的变形,使得组件之间不产生缝隙;

衬体无需烘干和养护,所以安装好以后便可立即投入使用;

锚固系统远离组件的热面,使得金属锚固件处在相对低的温度下;

处在模块背面的多种形式的锚固件使得模块的安装既可采用兵列式排列方式也可采用拼花地板式排列方式。

安装方法

    炉板除锈—>将模块螺栓焊接在炉壁板上—>取出模块—>将模块导向杆拧到螺杆的小头上—>将模块沿中心孔穿过导向杆靠到炉板上—>采用专项使用板手将螺母拧紧到螺杆上—>拧下导向杆—>依次进行其他模块的安装—>抽出模块中心塑料管—>拆开模块捆扎带—>压缩安装补偿毯—>安装下一排模块

安装要求

锚固钉焊接位置应准确,严格控制误差;

先将背衬层安装完毕,再施工纤维模块;

先安装炉顶模块再安装炉墙;

炉墙模块的安装应从底部开始向上安装;

顶与墙及墙与墙的链接处应压缩铺衬补偿毯;

模块的排列方式多采用同向“兵列式”,安装完一排模块后应按要求压缩铺衬补偿毯;
表面修整

折叠模块安装完成后应仔细检查,大于5mm的缝隙应填塞补偿毯;

纤维毯填塞完毕后,用方木板将折叠模块表面拍平。
