铝合金阳较氧化前碱性砂面剂

NaOH ：50～70g/L

DBR－202：20～30g/L（水剂 / liquid）

二、控制参数 (controlling parameters)

游离碱（free alkali） ：55~70g/L

AL³⁺：＞45 g/L

温度 （Temperature） ：45～60℃

时间 （Time） ：5～15 min

三、维护和管理 (maintenance and control)

1、生产中可根据铝材加工量来添加NaOH、DBR-202。一般情况下，每生产一吨铝型材，消耗NaOH: 30－45kg；DBR-202: 5~8kg。

NaOH and DBR-202 chemical should be added depending on the quantity of the aluminium profile. Under normal situation, for one ton aluminium profile, the consumption of NaOH is 30 – 45 kgs, DBR－202 is 5 – 8kgs.
