一、开槽参数 (tank set up parameters)

DBR-603：   15～25g/L

二、控制参数 (controlling parameters)

DBR-603：15～20 g/L

温  度 （Temperature）：40～50℃

PH值 （Value）    ： 4.8～5.1

时间 （Time ）       ：  1～15min                        

三、维护和管理 (maintenance and control)

1.每天检测槽液中DBR-603浓度并根据分析结果及时补加调整；处理100m2约消耗DBR-603：0.6～1Kg。

Detection of the bath concentration of DBR-603, according to the analysis results to adjust and add; the DBR-603of consumption is 0.6～1Kg for each 100m2 treatment.

2.正常生产时PH值呈上升趋势，每天需检测一次PH值，并用草酸调整至工艺范围内；如PH值偏低则说明带入酸水过多，需控制染色前水洗PH值≥4.5。

The PH value rising when produce, it should measured PH value and used oxalic acid adjusted the scope of technology parameter; the acidic water is brought too much if the PH value indicated in low , it need to control the rinse water PH value ≥ 4.5 before dying.

3.不生产时须加盖槽液以防污染；并把PH值下调至4.5且每班检测一次PH值，以防PH值过高（≥5.5）导致有效成分分解。

4.长期生产槽液或多或少会有沉淀物产生，要定期过滤或倒槽清理沉淀物。
