铝合金常温快速封闭剂

一、开槽参数 (tank set up parameters)

DBR-701：4～6g/L         

二、控制参数 (controlling parameters)

Ni2+：0.8～1.5g/l        Fˉ：0.2～0.6g/l

PH：5.5～6.5          温度 (Temperature) ：20～30℃

时间 (Time) ： 1.2～1.8um/min                      

三、维护和管理 (maintenance and controlling)

1、正常情况下槽液工艺参数：Ni²⁺=0.8~1.2g/l 、F^-=0.3~0.6g/l、PH   =5.5~6.5。

Under normal condition, the tank liquid parameter should be Ni²⁺=0.8~1.2g/l 、F^-=0.3~0.6g/l、PH   =5.5~6.5.

2、根据化验槽液的结果来确定添加量。一般情况下每生产一吨料约消耗DBR-701：1.0~1.5kg（以10um计）。

The amount of solution to be added is depending on the testing result, under normal condition, each ton of aluminium profile consuming DBR-701: 1.0kg (for 10um)

3、生产过程中控制pH值在5.5～6.5，过高用稀醋酸（或稀氢氟酸）调节其pH值、过低用稀氢氧化钠（或稀氨水）溶液调节其pH值。

Manage to control the PH value between 5.5～6.5 during the production, If the PH is too much high then could adjust by acetic acid , adjusting by the ammonia water to if the PH is too much low.
