铝合金阳较氧化前除蜡剂

一、开槽参数 (tank set up parameters)

DBR-103：30～50 g/l

二、控制参数 (controlling parameters)

PH     7.5～8.5

温度 (temperature): 60℃～80℃

时间 (time) ：2～5min                                        

三、维护和管理 (maintenance and control)

1、生产过程中根据生产量补加DBR-103，正常情况下每生产一吨铝材约消耗DBR-103：3-5kg。

   DBR-103 chemical should be added depends on the aluminium profile quantity. Under normal situation, every one ton of aluminium profile consume 3 ～ 5 kg of DBR-103.

2、操作过程中尽量避免带入过多脏杂物，污染槽液，建议较好每月清理槽底一次。

avoid foreign particles into the tank, regular cleaning of the tank is essential.
