产品简介 

细胞培养基的主要成分有无机盐类、氨基酸类、维生素类以及其他化合物，其中丙酮酸钠(Sodium Pyruvate)多归于其他化合物。由于丙酮酸钠不是培养基的必需成分，某些商品培养基不含丙酮酸钠，在特殊情况下，实验者需要根据自己试验要求添加丙酮酸钠。   

Phygene Sodium Pyruvate Solution(0.1molL,无菌) 经0.2μm过滤除菌处理，按具体实验要求添加入培养基即可。

Sodium pyruvate is commonly added to cell culture media as an additional source of energy, but may also have protective effects against hydrogen peroxide. This was reported by Giandomenico et al. and has been confirmed by several independent groups.

This product is a 100 mM solution, prepared in cell culture grade water. It is cell culture tested and is suitable for cell culture research at 1 mM. This product has been analyzed for endotoxins.
