竖向热顶铸造是目前最广泛采用的一种半连续铝及铝合金铸造方式。本公司提供的MPS—3D热顶圆棒铸造机设计先进，安全保障性好，自动控制操作简易，适应性强，棒材具有表面平整光洁，内部结构良好等优点、效率高，并采用了恒功率、恒转距变频电机，使铸造升降更加平稳。该设备可按顾客的不同需求进行设计、制造，现可生产的规格为：Φ60～Φ350mm，每铸次可达120根以上。

Bar specification in the market: Φ60mm~Φ350mm, 120  pieces bars per casting.
