<p><span style=“COLOR: #0066cc“>① 7000</span><span style=“COLOR: #136ec2“>铝合金</span><span style=“COLOR: #0066cc“>是另外一种常用的合金,品种繁多.它包含有锌和镁.比较常见的铝合金中强度较好的就是7075合金,但是它无法进行焊接,而且它的抗腐蚀性相当差,很多CNC切削制造的零部件用的就是7075合金.锌在这系列中是主要合金元素,加上少许镁合金可使材料能受热处理,到达非常高度度特性。这系列材料一般都加入少量的铜、铬等合金,而其中以编号7075铝合金尤为上品,强度较高,适合飞机构架及高 强度配件。</span></p>
<p><span style=“COLOR: #0066cc“> ② 属Al-Zn-Mg-Cu系超硬铝,该合金是20世纪40年代末期就已应用于飞机制造业,至今仍在航空工业上得到广泛应用的非常高度度变形铝合金。其特点是,固溶处理后塑性好,热处理强化效果特别好,在150℃以下有高的强度,并且有特别好的低温强度;焊接性能差;有应力腐蚀开裂倾向;需经包铝或其他保护处理使用。双级时效可提高合金抗应力腐蚀开裂的能力。在退火和刚淬火状态下的塑性稍低于同样状态的2A12.稍优于7A04,板材的静疲劳.缺口敏感,应力腐蚀性能优于7A04</span></p>
