font-family: 宋体;">工艺流程:</span></strong><strong></strong></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 宋体;">   来件</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 宋体;">→除油→流动清水洗→流动清水洗→除锈→流动清水洗→流动清水洗→中和→流动清水洗→表调→磷化→流动清水洗→流动清水洗→热水烫干(75℃~80℃)→转涂装工序。</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 宋体;">四、</span></strong><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 宋体;">槽液配置(以1000L为例)</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 宋体;">    在磷化槽中加入800L自来水,在不断搅拌下缓缓加入50L磷化剂原液(约63KG),5L促进剂。冲水至1000L,继续搅拌使之均匀。取样分析总酸度、游离酸度点数和促进剂点数,在工艺范围内即可。</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 宋体;">五、<span style="font: 7pt "> </span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 宋体;">使用及维护:</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 宋体;">    将槽液升温至</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">35</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 宋体;">℃~45℃(一般控制在40℃),将经除油、除锈、表调后的工件浸泡于槽液中5~8分钟(一般为5分钟),取出经两次流动清水洗,一次热水烫干(75℃~80℃),转涂装工序。</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 宋体;">   生产过程中应定期检验槽液的总酸度和游离酸度,如果它们超出工艺范围,应及时调整。调整方法如下:(以</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">1000L</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 宋体;">槽液为例)游离酸偏高时,每添加</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">74ml</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 宋体;">中和剂,游离酸度可降低</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">0.1</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 宋体;">个点。游离酸偏低时,每添加</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">500ml</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 宋体;">原液(约</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">0.63KG</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 宋体;">)游离酸度可上升</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">0.1</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 宋体;">个点。总算度偏高时,每添加</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">714ml</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 宋体;">中和剂,总酸度可降低一个点。总酸度偏低时,每添加</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">1.25L</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 宋体;">原液</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">(</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 宋体;">约</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">1.6KG)</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 宋体;">,总酸度可上升</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">1</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 宋体;">个点。当总酸度和游离酸度同时偏高于工艺范围时,应先调整总酸度,当总酸度调整好后再微调游离酸度。</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 宋体;">    在生产过程中还应注意测定和添加促进剂,当促进剂的点数偏低时,每</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">1000L</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 宋体;">槽液中添加</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">0.2L</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 宋体;">促进剂,其点数可增加</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">0.1</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 宋体;">个点。当促进剂点数偏高时,可停止一段时间添加,其点数会自然下降。</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 宋体;">   本剂沉渣较少,但仍需定期清除沉渣,客户可根据生产具体情况确定除渣的周期与频次。</span></p> </div>
