aa3004铝镁锰合金（almg1mn1）由于结构强度适中、耐候、耐渍、易于折弯焊接加工等优点，被普遍认可作为建筑设计使用寿命50年以上的屋面、外墙材料；因应海洋性气候建筑设计，可选用耐腐蚀性能更强的5052船舶级铝合金材料。

due to the advantages of medium strength, weathering resistance, waterlogging tolerance, easy to be bending and welded, aa3004 alu-mg-mn alloy (almg1mn1), it is widely recognized as a kind of roofing and walling materials which meet 50 years expected life span. for stronger corrosion resistance requirement, 5052 type aluminum alloy could be adopted for buildings in oceanic climate areas.

铝镁锰的特点：

◆ 耐腐蚀；具有自我防锈能力，形成的氧化层，可防止金属氧化锈蚀，耐酸碱性好。
◆ 表面处理多样、美观。可进行阳较氧化、电泳、化学处理、抛光、涂漆处理。
◆ 可塑性好，易加工；
◆ 良好的导电性能。非磁化和低电火花敏感度，可以防电磁干扰和降低特殊环境下的易燃性。
◆ 安装方便；铝金属可以铆接、焊接、胶粘等多种方式连接。
◆ 环保，高标准可循环回收利用。

alu-mg-mn characteristics:
　 1. low weight. aluminum density accounts for 2.73g/dm3, only 1/3 of steel’s.
　 2. high strength. through proper composition, fabrication and heat treatment, very high strength can be acquired.
　 3. corrosion resistant, rust proof; the naturally-formed oxide layer can prevent metal from oxidization and have good acid and alkali resistance.
　 4. various surface finish and elegant appearance. the material can be anodized, electrophoresis-treated, polished or coated.
　 5. good formability and easy to be processed.
　 6. good electric conductivity. non-magnetization and low electric spark sensitivity, can avoid electromagnetic interference and reduce inflammability.
　 7. easy installation. aluminum alloy could be riveted, welded and glued, or connected by any other methods.
　 8. environmental, 1005 recyclable.

铝镁锰合金的种类：

a、原色锤纹 stucco（无规则压纹）、emboss（规则压纹）
锤纹的主要目的：
1、增加铝镁锰板刚度；
2、防止光污染；
3、更加均匀的氧化；

b、烤漆涂层 （pvdf、pvf2、pe）
　　屋面及外墙用铝镁锰合金一般采用预滚涂（coil coated）工艺，具有色差控制好、漆膜均匀、质量稳定性高、环保等优点。
　　涂层种类一般选用含材料树脂70%以上的pvdf材料漆，倍安捷公司可以提供包括：ral、ncs、pantone在内的全部色系以供用户选择，亦可根据客户需要配制任何颜色。

b. baking varnish coating（pvdf、pvf2、pe）
roofing walling use alu-mg-mn is usually treated through coil pre-coated technique, which has the advantages of good color uniformity control, paint film evenness, high quality, and environment protection.

the painting usually contains 70% or more pvdf element. b&g can customize any color from ral, ncs, pantone or any special color designated by the customer.
