铝门窗组角机LMB-120 Single Point Crimping Machine 

 

铝门窗单头组角机主要用于角码结构的平开门窗 45 °接缝的挤压联结。

 

组角前，在两个被联结的型材腔内放一公用角码，定位夹紧后，

 

两个液压驱动的冲头力度强冲向角码的凹槽处，使型材外壁产生较久性的冷变形。

 

将两型材接缝挤压，使联结具有螺钉或其它联接方法所不具有的高度度、效率高率、高精度。
