铝合金阳较氧化前酸性砂面剂

一、开槽参数 (tank set up parameters)

DBR－201：50～ 70g/L

DBR－201-A：20～30g/L（水剂 / liquid）

            8～12g/L (粉剂 / powder)                                  

二、控制参数 (controlling parameters)  

总酸 （Total Acid） ：12-18g/L                            

DBR－201：45-70 g/L                                    

PH：2.8～3.2

温度 （Temperature） ：30～45℃

时间 （Time） ：3～10 min

三、维护和管理 (maintenance and control)

1、生产中可根据铝材加工量来添加磨砂剂、酸蚀剂。一般情况下，每生产一吨铝型材，消耗磨砂剂30－45kg；酸蚀剂(水剂)3~5kg。

Acetic sanding and its stabilizer chemical should be added depending on the quantity of the aluminium profile. Under normal situation, for one ton aluminium profile, the consumption of DBR－201 is 30 – 45 kgs, DBR－201-A (liquid) 3 – 5 kgs.
