一、开槽参数 (tank set up parameters)

DBR~302 : 30~50g / L

二、控制参数 (controlling parameters)

总酸 （Total Acid） ：30~40g/L

时间 (time) ：1～8min                                        

三、维护和管理 (maintenance and control)

1.每天分析一次总酸度，依分析结果及时调整；每补加1kgDBR－302总酸度可升高0.8～1.0点；处理100m2消耗DBR－302：0.6～ 0.8Kg。

Analysis the total acidity one time a day, according to the analysis results to adjust; the total acidity could increase by 0.8 to 1.0 points when add 1kg DBR－302,the DBR－302 of consumption is 0.6～ 0.8Kg for each 100m² treatment.

  2.每天清理槽液表面不溶污物，避免起料时污物附着产品表面造成清洗困难。

Cleaning the bath surface of contamination every day to avoid contamination from the material attached to the product surface caused cleaning difficulties.

  3.长期使用后,当槽液中铝离子积累过高时（30g/l）,应部分或全部更换槽液。

After use for a long time, when the bath excessive accumulate ion of aluminum ions >30g/l）,you should replace the bath some or all .
