铝合金锡镍盐电解着色添加剂

一、开槽参数 (tank set up parameters)

硫酸亚锡（tin sulfate）：5～10 g/l  硫酸镍（nickel sulfate）：18～25 g/l

试剂硫酸Sulfuric acid ( reagent) ：15～20g/l  DBR-602：20～25 g/l

二、控制参数 (controlling parameters)

硫酸亚锡 （tin sulfate）：3～10 g/l,   温  度 （Temperature）：20±2 ℃

硫酸镍 （Nickel sulfate）：15～25 g/l   电  压 （Voltage）：12～18 V

游离硫酸 （Free Sulfuric acid）：15～20 g/l   PH：0.8～1.2

时间 Time：1～10min（根据颜色深浅确定, depends on the color density）

三、维护和管理 (maintenance and control)

1、根据化验结果来确定添加相应的组分，槽液酸度一般控制在PH值在0.8—1.2。一般情况下，各着色组分消耗在着色材料为400-600m2/吨时：硫酸亚锡 2～3.5kg/ton  硫酸镍 1～2.5kg/ton  试剂硫酸1～1.5kg/ton  DBR-602 ：2～3.5kg/ton

  The consumption of the solution is depending on the testing result, the PH value should be controlled between 0.8 – 1.2. Under normal situation, the consumption of the chemical for aluminium with surface area between 400 – 600 m2 /ton are: Tin sulfate : 2～3.5 kg/ton, Nickel sulfate 1～2.5 kg/ton, Sulfuric acid reagent 1～1.5 kg/ton, DBR-602：2～3.5 kg/ton

2、严格控制槽液温度，温度过高着色色底发暗、不鲜艳。温度过低着色困难。

  The tank liquid temperature should be tightly controlled. The base color will become darker with higher temperature; coloring becomes difficult if the temperature is too low.

3、配置过滤装置定期清理槽中沉淀物，以免沉渣过多影响着色

  The tank solution should be filtered regularly, to ensure good coloring result.
