进口多级气液混合泵是一种输送气液混合介质的特殊离心泵，其特殊的结构设计可以获得气液两相重复混合并使液体中的气体饱和溶解度，而不会产生气蚀，该泵在气浮工艺过程中的应用，可以达到节能、经济、稳定可靠的效果。

2、产生的微气泡平均直径小于30微米，溶气水中大含气量达到20%；

3、泵的性能在流量变化和气量波动时稳定，为泵的调节和气浮工艺的控制提供了较好的操作条件；

4、工作温度：-5℃-120℃；

5、流量范围：0.5-60m³/h。

备注：

1、表格中的过泵流量按20%-30%的气浮装置处理水量考虑，并均已含10-12%的吸气量。

2、泵的工作压力不小于4.5bar，微气泡平均直径小于30μm。

3、处理水量非常大时，可以采用多泵并联或者多个气浮池并联。

4、以上泵材料为标准规格材料，铸铁泵体、青铜合金叶轮、不锈钢轴。

5、标准规格材料：铸铁-G25（0.6025），青铜合金-G-CuSn12（2.1052.01），不锈钢-X22CrNi17（1.4057）。
