铝型材专用喷砂机运转技术要求

铝型材专项使用喷砂机在使用规定的磨料并满足规定的压缩空气条件下，应能正常工作，喷枪射出的磨料流应连续稳定，磨料流的间歇时间不大于1秒钟。

磨料流量调节装置应灵敏、有效、可靠、方便。

各运行机构不应有卡阻现象。

磨料循环系统应能连续可靠地循环磨料，磨料在循环系统中没有堆积和堵塞现象。

喷砂舱、磨料循环和除尘系统及其管道等工作时无泄漏。

除尘系统应使喷砂舱内处于负压状态，喷砂舱内具有不影响喷砂操作的可视能见度。

铝型材专项使用喷砂机操作点的粉尘浓度和排入大气的粉尘浓度符合5.1.5和5.1.6的要求。

铝型材专项使用喷砂机的系统噪声符合5.1.8、5.1.9或5.1.10的要求。

喷砂舱的照度符合5.1.7的要求。

铝型材专项使用喷砂机的操作控制系统和安全控制系统正确、有效、可靠。

在规定的喷砂工艺条件下进行喷砂加工，加工质量和效率符合设计要求或供需双方的约定要求。

Under the provisions of sandblasting machine using abrasive conditions and meet the requirements of compressed air should be able to work properly , the gun shot abrasive flow should be continuous and stable , intermittent time abrasive flow is not greater than 1 second.

Abrasive flow regulating device should be sensitive , valid, reliable , and convenient.

Each agency should not have run jamming phenomenon .

Abrasive circulation system should be continuously and reliably abrasive cycles , no accumulation and clogging of the abrasive in the circulatory system .

Blasting cabin, abrasive dust removal system and its circulation and piping work without leakage .

Dedusting system should enable blasting cabin in a vacuum state , sandblasting cabin with blasting operations do not affect the visual visibility.

Dust concentration sandblasting machine operating points and dust concentration into the atmosphere meets the requirements of 5.1.5 and 5.1.6 .

System noise blasting machine meets the requirements 5.1.8,5.1.9 or 5.1.10 .

Sandblasting cabin illumination to meet the requirements of 5.1.7 .

Operation control system and security control systems blasting machine is correct, effective , and reliable.

Sandblasting sandblasting process under specified conditions , processing quality and efficiency in line with the agreed design requirements or the requirements of both supply and demand .
