陶瓷纤维吊顶炉衬已成为目前炉衬发展的一种趋势,代表着工业炉现代化发展的水平,陶瓷纤维炉衬的采用与否,直接决定着炉子的使用效果、产品质量和产量。

1.炉衬材料的材质选择,需综合考虑应满足较高炉温条件,陶瓷纤维材料的使用条件,炉子的操作气氛,炉内炉气正负压等各方面的因素。同种陶瓷纤维材料,由于使用条件(炉子热源种类,炉内气体成份及流速,炉子运行制度)不同,其使用温度亦不相同。

⊙产品说明:

  新型耐火炉衬制品。公司该产品颜色洁白、尺寸规整,能直接固定于工业窑炉炉壳钢板锚固钉上,具有良好的耐火隔热效果,提高了窑炉耐火隔热的整体性,推动了窑炉砌筑技术的进步分类温度1050-1400℃。 

 

⊙产品特性:

由于重量轻,作为隔热材料时的吸热很少;

低导热性能带来高的节能效果;

具有抵抗任何热冲击的能力;   

陶瓷纤维毯在解除捆扎后会在不同方向上相互挤紧,不产生缝隙;

有弹性的纤维毯可以抵抗机械外力;

纤维毯的弹性可弥补炉壳的变形,使得组件质检不产生缝隙;

衬体无需烘干和养护,所以安装好以后便可立即投入使用;

锚固系统远离组件的热面,使得金属锚固件处在相对低的温度下;

处在模块背面的多种形式的锚固件使得模块的安装既可采用兵列式排列方式也可采用拼花地板式排列方式。
