1. 该设备机体上有指定吊装位，请注意设备上部吊装孔位置；

   	2.2设备调试前的准备Preparation     before equipment commissioning

    

    

    

1. BSW08系列伺服压力机定位后，通过水平尺调节设备工作台面处于水平状态；并进行下列检查：After the BSW08 series electronic press is positioned, the working surface of the equipment is leveled by the level gauge; and the following checks are performed:

※ 电气连接要合乎电气安装规范；

Electrical connections must comply with electrical installation specifications;

 ※ 设备接地保持良好；

The equipment grounding is kept good;

※ 按钮、指示灯功能正常；

The button and indicator light function normally.

 ※ 设备接通、断开动作可靠；

The device is connected and disconnected reliably;

  ※ 紧固件无松动；The fastener is not loose;

2. 设备准备状态：Equipment preparation status:

A．顺时针转动旋开紧停按钮；

Turn clockwise to open the stop button;

B．将设备侧边的总电源断路器和电箱内的可控制电源开关置于ON状态；

Put the main power circuit breaker on the side of the equipment and the controllable power switch in the electric box to the ON state;

C. 点压操作面板上的“系统开启”按钮，接通电源；

Press the “System On” button on the operation panel to turn on the power;

D．电源指示灯亮，此时设备即进入工作准备状态；

The power indicator is on, and the device is ready for work.

启动按钮start up button

A：双手触发启动（半自动模式）

Trigger start with both hands (semi-automatic mode)

为确保操作者的人身安全，本设备将启动设备设置为双手触发启动模式，在0.3秒时间内双手同时按下启动按钮，压装机自动启动并完成一个工作循环；

     B：寸动启动（手动模式）

紧急停止  emergency stop

在任何状态下(设置状态除外)作为紧急停止用,在发生紧急情况下,按下急停按钮,设备将处于暂停状态,设备无法进入下一步动作,只有人工逆时针旋转按钮,让按钮释放后才能正常运行

系统启动System startup

   当外部电源接通（总开关闭合）后，点压该按钮，设备控制系统电源接通。长时间不使用该设备时，请务必切断主回路电源开关（断路器总开关）

When the external power is turned on (the main switch is closed), press the button and the device control system is powered on. When not using the device for a long time, be sure to turn off the main circuit power switch (circuit breaker main switch)

复位开关   Reset switch

设备在运行过程中若点压此设备，设备将慢速复位至工作原点。

If the device is pressed during operation, the device will be slowly reset to the working origin.

1. 绿灯闪亮：  工作中

   	3.2  操作前准备Preparation     before operation

    

    

3.2.1  周边检查Peripheral inspection

 开机前，检查压力推杆下端有效行程内是否有障碍物。

Before starting the machine, check if there are any obstacles in the effective stroke of the lower end of the pressure push rod.

3.2.2  接通电源  Power on

接通外部电源，将外置断路器与电箱内断路器置于ON状态。

Turn on the external power supply and turn the external circuit breaker and the circuit breaker inside the electrical box to the ON state.

3.2.3  系统开启System open

按下“系统启动”按钮，此时电源接通，系统开启。

Press the “System Start” button, the power is turned on and the system is turned on.

3.2.4  设备复位  Device reset

进入操作系统后，按下画面中的“点击进入”，设备即进入初始化状态中，电缸慢速复位至出厂原点位置。

   初始化完成后，设备进入待机状态；设定好相关生产参数，按下双“启动按钮”，设备即进入运行状态
