Influence of different antioxidants for aging time of nylon heat-insulation strip material (PA66-GF25) was studied in this article. The variety of tensile strength of nylon heat-insulation strip was used to characterize the effect of antioxidant systems. The results indicated that antioxidants prolonged the aging time of materials, the best was ternary compound that contains C-centered radical scavengers. Besides this, the static life of nylon heat-insulation strip materials were also predicted through theory of computation, the materials excluding antioxidant can use about 4.34 years, but that including ternary compound have 57.05-year life.
